I purchased my first LV purse back in the hay day when LV was inside of Macy's. WAY before the craze. I brought my little pouchette bag for a zipper repair today.
The sales girl who helped me was sweet and didn't ask me if I wanted to buy anything. (even though I did have my eye on a new wallet)
My bf bought me a damier speedy for my b-day this year and I *think* he received good service. He said he was in and out. I'm sure he did it "man" style and just
pointed to the purse, paid and got the hell out of there! lol
I do understand why some people get offended if they don't kiss your feet when you walk in. You just have to put yourself in the sales person's shoes. You're going
buy it no matter what...so they don't have to try.

Don't get me wrong, but I love LV. I have numerous LV items, but just like the other posts, the customer service here is horrible. There are numerous times that I
am waiting for some help and there is no one to help me out. Not because they are busy, but because they are stuck up.
Recently I was waiting in line and the women went to help the person behind me. The customer said I was first and all the women can say was "oh". I told her she
should have asked who was next instead of assuming.
